Hanley Technology have recently been awarded with an order to supply a large quantity of our 6X Seriers Radar level transmitters across a broad spectrum of level measurement applications on a small molecule API Pharma plant. The applications included reactor vessels, storage vessels, receiver vessels and others.

Our 80GHz Technology with high dynamic range permits the measurement of level directly through the wall of plastic chemical storage vessels. This dramatically simplifies installation where no process connections are required and instrument is not exposed to the process conditions or chemicals inside the vessel

A large cement plant in Ireland needed to measure feed chemicals for process optimization in their plant, The location on plant were on old pipe which were pitted from years of use. The location was also located in a dusty environment adding to the harshness of the application.

Hanley Technology were contacted by a large Multinational Biotech company to carry put onsite trials using our portable Flexim noninvasive steam meter. The client had an inline Meter that had failed and the steam unit could not be shutdown to allow a new meter to be fitted hence our solution was an ideal solution to solve the customer’s needs. After a thorough site walkdown of multiple locations and a technical review of the applications it was deemed a suitable application for the flowmeter.
