Guided Wave Radar level Measurement

In level measurement with guided wave radar, microwave pulses are conducted along a cable or rod probe and reflected by the product surface. The measuring probe of the TDR sensor ensures that the signal reaches the medium undisturbed. Liquids, bulk solids and separation layers (interfaces) in liquids are commonly measured with this measuring technique. Aggressive liquids or liquid media with highest hygienic requirements, applications with vapour, build-up, foam generation or condensation

The VEGAFLEX measures maintenance-free all kind of liquids, light and heavy-weight bulk solids. Even in applications with vapour, build-up, foam generation, strong dust generation and condensation, the sensor delivers precise and reliable measured values.

ADVANTAGES

The guided adjustment enables a simple, time-saving and reliable setup
Length adjustable probes offer a simple standardisation and highest flexibility in the planning
Virtually all bulk solids can be measured with the automatic probe end tracking
Gap-free hygienic design ensures simple and reliable cleanability
Maintenance-free operation increases the plant efficiency
